Skin Care Routine : Oily & Acne Prone Skin

Hope you're all doing well and are enjoying your holidays where ever in the world you are.
I know I've been  gone for a while however, I am not going to bore you with an in depth
explanation as to why and I also can not promise I will be updating religiously because
unlike many I do have a job outside of the
beauty world which consumes most of my time and energy.
With that being said, I wanted to help out all my gals out there who have oily and acne prone skin as
there really isn't that many references or posts out there for us. You always see all these skin care routine
for girls with dry and/or combination skin but never for us with problem skin.

For the past couple of months I've been on a makeup hiatus because my skin has been having reoccurring acne flares. Ever since I hit puberty my face has been extremely oily and I would break out here and there
but never in scarring cystic acne like now...  Throughout these past couple of months I've tried acne facials and different acne products but nothing made a  difference. My spots would kind of disappear but when I touched my face I would still feel them under my skin. Also, whenever I would wear make up whether it be  powder, concealer, or sometimes foundation when I had to attend important events, the moment I would remove the make up cystic spots
would form right away in the same area (my cheeks right under my cheek bones).

One day in November I had fallen asleep with the TV on and was rudely awoken by the Murad Acne Clarifying line infomercial-silly, I know!  Unlike the Proactive infomercials (which by the way I've tried it and made my face worse)
this company used real people who have tried it.  At first I was very reluctant about these products and
didn't want to have the word "SUCKER" stamped on my forehead but something in me told me to give it a  go,
so I did.  Call me superstitious however, for me it was a sign.
Needless to say, it's been approximately a month (which is considered to be 1 cycle)
(the instructions that comes with the packet tells you to allow a month to see results)
and my  face is so clear!  I seriously haven't seen it this clear in about a year.
Seeing the results of products I doubted buying makes me super happy;
however, this is not to say that I don't get any spots...
I do get one or two here and there but for the most part they're under control.

I have also gone ahead and cut out of my diet sugary drinks and sodas and this has helped me a lot.

Here are the pictures of the products that came in my kit (basic kit 29.95 I got the 2 months supply for $60.00).
Ulta and Sephora also carry the line just incase you don't want to wait for
the package and save the shipping and handling fees.

If you refer to the captions I've included the numbers 1,2, and 3 and
those are the steps in which the products should be apply
